Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency and scale within the device display advertising business
- Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets
- Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback
- Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance
- Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
