About The Role

You will lead the design and execution of staffing initiatives across the RME network. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable strategies that attract, retain, and grow a diverse workforce. This role is critical to building an equitable, high-performing organization that supports Amazon's continued growth and operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of staffing strategy programs that align workforce supply with RME network demand, partnering with HR and Operations leaders to close headcount gaps at scale
  • Lead staffing initiatives across the RME network by designing programs, tracking progress against goals, and influencing leaders to embed equitable practices into hiring and talent decisions
  • Build and maintain program reporting frameworks, executive-level dashboards, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to monitor staffing health and inclusion metrics
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder alignment across HR, Finance, Legal, and Field Operations to drive adoption of staffing and inclusion best practices
  • Identify trends, surface insights, and deliver clear recommendations to senior leadership on workforce composition, representation gaps, and program effectiveness across the RME network

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
