Sr Business Consultant - Rec Cycle

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop project plans and assist with implementing solutions.
• Initiate, execute and manage Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness initiatives, research, quality assurance activities and related projects.
• Serve as the lead for the development of training content to support operational improvements.
• Lead operational research and root-cause investigations based on stakeholder requests.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders in the development and design of operational changes.
• Create revenue opportunities and drive best in class patient experiences.
• Ensure reliability, sustainability, spread and use of industry best practices and benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience is required.
• A proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology is required.
• Previous experience using or implementing Epic is preferred.
