Sr Business Analyst, Selling Partner Experience, Selling Partner Experience EASE and Analytics (SPXEA)

About the role

The Core Selling Partner Experience team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Governance team, which is focused on measuring the quality of the Selling Partner Experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the vision by building analytical tools that drive the growth of the company.
• Leverage data to drive operational efficiencies, provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities, and innovate on behalf of Selling Partners.
• Drive future solutions impacting sentiment capture for new Selling Partners and delighting existing ones.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
• Model data collected from various sources to determine correlations and identify areas to improve.
• Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop, and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• MBA experience preferred
• Experience with AI/ML technologies preferred
