Sr Business Analyst, Selling Partner Experience, Selling Partner Experience EASE and Analytics (SPXEA)

Key job responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
• Model data collected from various sources to determine correlations and identify areas to improve.
• Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPI’s, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
• Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions. Preparing and delivering business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
• Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.

About the team

The Selling Partner Experience EASE Team works with partner teams to execute on identifying areas to improve all Amazon-built experiences for our 2 million Selling partners worldwide. We interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with partner teams to implement changes that improve the Seller experience. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring Amazon remains the platform of choice for Sellers by continuously enhancing their ability to succeed.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• Experience with AI/ML technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation
