Sr. Business Analyst & PM - Contractor (Durham, NC - 3 days onsite)
Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Durham, North Carolina
Assignment Type: 6+ Month Contract with potential to extend or convert to FTE
About the Role
A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the implementation of an Asset Performance Management (APM) system for a renewable energy client. This role is ideal for a hands-on BA / PM who can influence stakeholders, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and support system implementation efforts from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. Success in this role requires the ability to build consensus, navigate competing priorities, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups that are not fully dedicated to the project. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, coordinating testing activities, and helping move implementation efforts forward when stakeholders have limited bandwidth.

- Organize and facilitate project meetings, working sessions, workshops, and status updates
- Manage project reporting, including risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, test case identification, execution tracking, and issue resolution
- Support end-user training and change management efforts
- Perform hands-on business analysis activities while managing project coordination responsibilities
