Sr Business Analyst Associate with Security Clearance

About the role

Quantech seeks a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics professional with DoD experience to support SSC AtlasX in a dynamic, high-paced environment. The position involves critical thinking and analysis, responding to senior leadership, and supporting a wide range of technical and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with data governance organizations and support policies and governance related to data operations or AI use.
• Advocate for SSC personnel and promote innovative workforce practices and emergent technologies.
• Support data mining activities, including anomaly detection and dependency modeling.
• Perform data mining tasks such as classification, regression, and summarization.
• Develop complex statistical analytical models for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Support change management activities, including training, strategic communication, and collaboration with analytic elements.
• Build, test, and sustain interactive dashboards and retire obsolete products.
• Prepare and present findings and translate disparate data into meaningful information.

Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field required.
• 5+ years of specific and demonstrable experience with DoD programs, especially SSC Space Acquisition.
• Experience with DAF Data Fabric analytics platforms (Envision, VAULT, BLADE, ADVANA).
• Expertise in COTS Business Intelligence software (Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Qlik Sense).
• Knowledge of SharePoint development and web technologies, Microsoft 365 suite (Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Lists).
• Skills in database languages and data transformation packages (SQL, PySpark, Pandas, R).
• Experience with SSC authoritative business data systems (PMRT, CCaR, CRIS, FPDS, MilPDS, DCPDS, REMIS, LISN).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering) preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.

Benefits

Salary range: $135,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
