Business Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

ServiceNow Business Analysts are needed to support the Government Services, LLC team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a security clearance and be proficient in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow processes and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure successful system deployment
• Document requirements and create user stories for development teams
• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• A current Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management or Business Analysis
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
