About the role

Barclays Change leads and oversees transformational change initiatives at Barclays. Your role will involve managing projects and programs that drive strategic improvements and ensure successful implementation of change across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects that help the organization achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
• Manage project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced and have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
• Create reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Salary: $169,541.00 per year
Maximum Salary: $186,495.10 per year
