Sr. Billing Specialist (Hybrid - Dallas)

The Sr. Billing Specialist is responsible for handling/processing a high volume of complex bills while working between different internal teams and attorneys. Looking for 5+ years of billing experience in a law firm environment. Some weekend work during end of Q4.

Key Responsibilities

• Process client bills via Aderant software.
• Research and answer billing questions.
• Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorney and secretary requests.
• Handle and process a high volume of complex bills.
• Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of progressive billing experience in a law firm environment
• Sersed in handling + processing high volumes of complex bills
• Strong in ad hoc reporting for attorneys
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Location: 3 days/week on-site in Dallas, TX (75201) OR Tampa, FL (33610)

Compensation: $32-$40/hourly
