Its partners include tier 1 banks, global technology companies and leading fintechs, and its platform team is scaling rapidly in North America. The role We're looking for an experienced, dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join the company's Banks & Financial Institutions team in North America. You'll help deliver world-class API payment solutions to some of the largest enterprises, banks and financial services providers, powered by the company's own infrastructure. Based in Austin, you'll work alongside the regional Head of Business Development for banks. You'll collaborate closely with the North America team and global FI colleagues, as well as product management, compliance and legal, implementation and engineering. As a senior member of the North American commercial team and the global bank partnerships vertical, you'll own key opportunities with the largest corporations and financial institutions. You'll drive initiatives that expand the company's FI capabilities and grow its infrastructure footprint in North America. What You'll Do Build, close and deliver a strong pipeline of enterprise bank partnerships in North America, driving product innovation, revenue and volume growthShape the FI vertical strategy for North America and globallyLead market analysis, identifying emerging trends, opportunities and threats to inform strategic decisionsContribute to projects that sharpen strategy regionally and globally, including product roadmap, pricing, go-to-market and anything else that drives growthRepresent the company at industry events and conferences as a spokesperson for its enterprise bank vertical About You 8+ years in payments, with a strong focus on payment solutions for the largest enterprise FIs in North AmericaA proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and driving significant revenue growthFamiliarity with North American financial services and regulatory landscapes, and how they affect payments for FIs and financial services providersThe ability to negotiate strong terms independently, with a clear product vision, and to design the right operational and commercial process for each new partnerA hands-on approach: you lead your own discussions and help the wider team build a strong pipelineTechnical comfort to help partners design the best solution on the platform, alongside confidence discussing commercial and legal termsApply NowSee All Jobs Interested?
