Sr Auto Maintenance Technician - $1,500 Tool Bonus (Manheim)

What You'll Do

• Perform heavy duty work and the duties of a level 1 and 2 auto tech.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics.
• Clutch and transmission replacement.
• Identify required parts and partner with our parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies and materials.
• Alert team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends.
• May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
• May be required to perform OEM recalls.

Who You Are

• You love cars.
• You are at the top of your game and are looking toward the future.
• You have a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
• You have a different combination of a level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience.
• You have 7 years' experience in a related field.
• You are a safe driver with a valid driver's license.
• You can drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

Compensation

• The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
