Boston-based role leading and executing multi-location campaign strategies for Wayfair Outlets’ growing retail footprint. Partner with Pricing, Inventory, Brand, and Retail leadership to launch, test, and scale localized marketing initiatives nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the building, launching, and optimization of steady-state store campaigns such as social media, email campaigns, and search ads.
  • Maintain inventory of in-store marketing materials and support new store openings and ad-hoc store initiatives.
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for our network of 10+ stores.
  • Drive new campaign launches, coordinating with creative, store, pricing, and other teams.
  • Manage and execute automated marketing workflows and integrate new digital tools and AI features.
  • Troubleshoot website bugs, manage procurement, and handle administrative processes.
  • Analyze campaign results, capture learnings, and provide strategic recommendations for future performance.
  • Support Wayfair Outlets’ total store goals by ensuring marketing deliverables are met and standardizing processes.
  • Provide hands-on support for activations, store launches, and peak business periods.
  • Design simple signage for sales and events using tools like Canva.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies while forecasting impact, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence a variety of partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Comfort developing recap materials, presenting results, and engaging with retail leaders.
  • Strong connection and empathy with the local community and understanding of customer demographics.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools and reporting platforms such as Looker, or eagerness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of retail math and customer marketing metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, acquisition, and retention.
  • Willingness to provide support for activations and store launches in different parts of the country.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and tracking performance.
  • Willingness to explore simple automations to improve personal and team efficiency.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Vision requirements: close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Comfortable in environments with varying temperature conditions.
  • Occasional exposure to moderate noise levels and physical activity.
  • Minimal exposure to workplace or environmental hazards—must adhere to all safety protocols.

Pay

$83,500 - $92,250 per year
