About the role
This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule with three in-office days per week at one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI.
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required standards.
- Answer telephone inquiries and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary.
- Initiate internal and external contact to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information on behalf of a senior colleague.
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, including tasks such as purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
- Carry out client service activities, including handling client cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.

Education
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
