Associate Attorney - Employment

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 1-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• 1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $110,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experience
