Sr. Associate, Creative Services Designer

About the role

This role is part of Alcon's Commercial Operations function, a team that delivers value through data-driven insights, digital solutions, commercial excellence, and seamless services and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and modify promotional, or advertising programs based on the client brief.
• Display initiative and creative problem-solving skills to achieve client objectives.
• Proficient with the Macintosh OS and software including but not limited to, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent presentation skills for major projects or key initiatives.
• Possess a high degree of color acuity.
• Create and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotional materials to implement marketing strategies for all functions at Alcon.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
