Sr Assoc Mgr Manufacturing Operations Management
About the role
The Hershey Company is seeking a Sr Team Lead Line Lead in Manufacturing Operations Management at our Hershey facility. This role plays a critical role in leading a complex manufacturing area and guiding multiple interconnected teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align multiple manufacturing teams to consistently achieve performance targets across safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational challenges, including equipment issues and supply constraints
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and assess their impact on production
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance
- Develop and coach frontline and mid-level leaders, building a strong pipeline of future talent
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or a related field, with demonstrated leadership of teams or production areas
- Additional Qualifications: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies; Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality systems, and compliance standards; Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage cross-functional collaboration

Pay
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This role is full-time and works a standard 40-hour week. Flexible scheduling may be available for certain positions based on business needs.
