Job Summary

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support, technical or production staff in an assigned area to deliver results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Has in-house knowledge of work processes and tools within own area
• Applies expertise to solve standard and non-standard problems within own area
• Supports the implementation process, leading and/or aligning the efforts of involved parties; forges strong partnerships with appropriate constituencies
• Maintains a strong focus on delivering high quality work; holds self to high quality standards

Qualifications

• Absorrs degree and 2+ years related work experience required
• Demonstrated success in managing people and leading a team
• Strong communication skills required
