Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations on handheld gas leak detectors by following detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and small parts to assemble the product to exact specifications.
- Ensure all components are installed correctly and secured.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly and performance issues, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve recurring issues and optimize processes.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the assembly process, ensuring each product meets company and regulatory standards.
- Document assembly activities, test results, and any defects found during testing or assembly.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and precise assembly work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work overtime as needed.
