About the role

Cinch Connectivity Solutions is seeking a Quality Engineering Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the quality assurance of high-tech products used in critical industries such as aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection/verification to defined specifications for new and existing products, raw materials, warranty returns, and calibration.
• Provide test reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in simple test fixture construction for material, product, or process analysis.
• Perform audits on piece parts, sub-assemblies, or completed products.
• Engage in activities within AS9100, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to prevent problems, identify corrective actions, and verify solutions.
• Maintain data collection, entry, or reporting to ensure product conformance, process capability, or equipment calibration.
• Set-up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, and provide support for special processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years relevant quality experience.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and blueprint reading.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be J Standard certified or acquire certification.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Pay

Annual Salary range of $46,425.60 - $55,473.60.
