About the role
As an Assembler Senior at Lockheed Martin, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical components and systems to high precision standards. This role requires a strong foundation in manual assembly techniques and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test mechanical components and systems to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately.
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
