What's the Job?

Design, configure, and manage core banking, digital banking, and related applications to ensure optimal performance and security.

Collaborate with business units to analyze, develop, and implement system enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Lead the deployment, upgrade, and integration of new software applications within established timelines and compliance standards.

Mentor junior and mid-level team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting techniques to foster team growth.

Research emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and industry trends, to continuously improve processes and member services.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Five or more years of professional experience in application engineering, development, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with enterprise applications, database systems, API integration, and vendor management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of the system development lifecycle and DevOps practices
  • Experience working within agile methodologies and familiarity with scripting, security, automation, and data analysis tools
