Sr Apparel Sourcing Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to drive continuous improvement in performance, including capacity, compliance, capability, and innovation.
• Lead cost analysis and vendor negotiations to achieve margin targets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate supplier cost structures in relation to capacity constraints.
• Support the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with regional strengths, production capacity, and brand objectives, ensuring optimal balance of cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product feasibility, manufacturability, and alignment with seasonal timelines.
• Process Improvement & Sustainability: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve sourcing efficiency, reduce lead times, and support the company’s sustainability and responsible sourcing goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent years of experience working in a supply chain environment.
• Four years of experience in Global Product Development / Apparel Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Apparel / Textile manufacturing, Trade Regulations, Production cycle timelines and Apparel Costing.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel.

Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to support cost negotiations, product development, and milestone tracking.
