Sr. Analytics & Reporting Analyst
About the role
This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division. You will create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs, provide consultation to users, and work on cross-functional teams to address divisional issues. The role involves producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools, performing research, and assisting in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives. You will interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools, build customer relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of divisional data to meet business needs. Additionally, you will analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers and identify trends and patterns in datasets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Solve complex problems with guidance.
- Produce datasets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools.
- Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
- Work with both internal and external data.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
- Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting OR 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.

Pay
Compensation range: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
