Sr. Analytics & Reporting Analyst

About the role

This position is responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division. Responsibilities include creating specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs, providing consultation to users, and working on cross-functional teams to address divisional issues. The role involves producing datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools, performing research, and assisting in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives. The analyst will interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools, build customer relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of divisional data to meet business needs. Additionally, the role involves analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data to provide insights to decision-makers and identifying trends and patterns in datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Solve complex problems with guidance.
• Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools.
• Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
• Work with both internal and external data.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
• Learn needed skills by performing assigned work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting OR 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages.

Pay

Base pay range: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role includes eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
