Sr Analyst, Technical: AI Inventory & Risk Registry
About the role
This role keeps the enterprise's picture of its AI clear enough to move fast on — the inventory of AI assets and the AI risk register that sits with it. - Run the lifecycle that onboards, manages, and offboards AI assets, with a clear owner at every step.
- Own the AI risk register — keep it accurate and make sure every open item has an owner and a due date.
- Produce the inventory and risk-register views that help leaders and reporting move faster.
- Drive unregistered AI asset discoveries to zero — the Council “Coverage” measure — ensuring every open item has a named owner and a due date.
- Produce registry evidence for audits and the monthly measures dashboard; support internal audit remediation tracking.
- Partner with Cyber, Legal, Privacy, and TPRM to ensure newly discovered or changing AI assets are properly registered and tiered.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
