Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Aiding in the development of strategic plans for business operations
• Executing setup and readiness activities for new devices, products, and projects within operations
• Developing and implementing performance improvement projects for both forward and reverse logistics
• Triaging field and corporate escalations to resolve operational and vendor management issues promptly
• Partnering with the planning team to monitor inventory and production capacity, preventing service level issues
• Creating reports to analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing in-depth analysis for leadership
• Acting as a technical and process liaison to ensure adherence to supply chain policies
• Leading process improvement efforts within supply chain operations to enhance efficiency
• Communicating project details, including timelines and risks, to the supply chain leadership team
• Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate the new product introduction process and improve time to market

Requirements

• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
