About the role
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing MMT’s end-to-end supply chain and contributing to the company’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Own the full supply chain picture from strategic sourcing to daily planning execution
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership across key spend categories
- Build and manage high-performing supplier relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Proactively identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure resilience and competitiveness
- Run sophisticated cost analyses and “should-cost” models to sharpen negotiation edge
- Partner with Operations to sync procurement and planning with the S&OP process
- Analyze demand forecasts to build inventory strategies that balance turnover targets and availability
- Dig deep into ERP/MRP data to surface insights on spend, PPV, and supplier performance and turn them into actionable dashboards
- Drive daily planning execution: evaluate and release planned orders, verify BOMs, manage capacity constraints
- Serve as an Epicor ERP power user, maintaining data integrity and championing process efficiency
- Lead root-cause analysis on supply disruptions, quality issues, and logistics challenges and implement solutions
- Optimize working capital by analyzing inventory levels across raw, WIP, and finished goods
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Expert-level ERP/MRP skills—Epicor experience is a strong plus; GP, SAP, or Oracle also valued
- Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, financial modeling—can make data tell a story
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost accounting, and P&L awareness
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting complex recommendations to senior leadership
- CPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification (a plus)

Pay
$91,501– $114,377 based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
