This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Perform root cause analyses to uncover operational issues and determine solutions
- Design future-state business processes that align with service and operational goals
- Develop process maps and workflows to guide transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transformation implementation
- Lead operational readiness activities for new systems and processes
- Monitor performance and risks associated with process and technology changes
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ years in operations analysis, process improvement, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare payer or managed care operations is a plus
- Familiarity with large-scale operational and technology transformation initiatives
Pay
$97,800 – $133,455 annually
