Sr. Analyst, Schedule Optimization

Partnering closely with stores, Analytics, and HR, this role focuses on simplifying and enhancing scheduling and labor management. The Sr. Analyst will develop solutions and training to improve current scheduling practices and collaborate with leadership to explore future innovations. Additionally, the role involves deploying scheduling pilots in stores, creating deployment guides, and monitoring results.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of analysts and other associates.
• Perform data gathering, synthesis, and develop solutions for project and strategy planning.
• Produce documents for teams and leadership review and utilization.
• Deliver presentations to teams, executive leaders, and sponsors.
• Build skills and knowledge through self-development, team knowledge, and internal customer insights.
• Assign and review work, train team members, and contribute to performance appraisals (excluding hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions).

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous in-store experience and/or experience within Store Operations.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally to launch tools, improve workflows, or set long-term goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong Operations, Retail, and/or field knowledge.

Schedule

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
