About the Role

The Sr Analyst - Digital Product is responsible for a technology product and product outcomes, balancing customer value, financial impact, operational excellence, and regulatory integrity. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain designated product backlog
  • Write user stories that define functionality and requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning and reviews
  • Make day-to-day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities, and trade-offs to advance the development team
  • Maintain product documentation
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with UX, Development, IT, and marketing teams to complete assigned efforts
  • Communicate product progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders
  • Understand and measure product performance
  • Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience
  • Perform other product ownership-related activities as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or information systems
  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Schedule

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles generally require in-office attendance as indicated by your manager. Work requirements are subject to change based on business needs.

Pay

Base pay range: $85,000 – $150,000 USD. An individual’s position in the range is determined by role scope, experience, education, certifications, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for annual incentive compensation.
