About the role

The Sr. Analyst within the Revenue Operations team will develop key enabling tools, streamline processes, and create actionable reporting throughout the revenue organization. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization, and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact.

Who you are

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and driving productivity for Sales Operations
  • Operations professional with a passion for productivity, process improvement, and leveraging new technology to drive revenue at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, able to influence, align, and work with teams based in the US
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun environment
  • An ability to think strategically, act tactically, and write effectively
  • A creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive sales productivity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with the B2B sales process and the tools it takes to succeed

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability and fit for the international revenue organization
  • Partner with international Sales leaders to provide productivity gains and execute the revenue strategy
  • Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including working with leaders to create and refine templates and prioritize Asks of the Business coming out of QBR meetings from both leaders and individual contributors
  • Evaluate, refine, and identify areas of opportunity across the technology stack, processes, and workflows that will enhance productivity
  • Explore and implement new tools that are specific to international needs
  • Build international territories in partnership with on-the-ground leadership
  • Partner with Insights and BI teams to dive deep within data and ensure teams are following processes to collect the right data and insights
  • Create and support regular cadence of business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards
  • Anticipate the needs of scaling the International Revenue organization and be proactive in delivering the tools, processes, strategy, and analytics that are needed

Pay

Base compensation range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
