Sr. Analyst, Procurement
U.S. citizenship is required for this role due to access requirements under the program/contract. This is a remote position based in the United States.
About the role
Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be part of high-level activity and a collaborative environment within our LADS Electronics Procurement team. In this role, you will handle overall procurement activities for material supporting the Raytheon business unit specific to our LADS SBU. You will work closely with external suppliers, internal customers, and functional areas to support a broad portfolio of LADS programs across Raytheon.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy
- Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents
- Prepare and issue RFQs (requests for quotes)
- Review quotes, analyze results, and lead negotiation plans/strategies
- Address exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements
- Formally document purchase orders per internal procedures
- Perform routine post-award management activities
- Engage in significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Support travel (up to 25%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree
- Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, or automotive
- U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations (22 CFR 120.62)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Government procurement
- SAP experience
- Ability to analyze Cost and Pricing data and determine proposal compliance (FAR 15.4)
- Demonstrated knowledge/compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to understand technical requirements for procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal customers

Pay
The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD. The range is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
