Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®.
About the role
We are building a new team focused on executing Popeyes' revamped pricing strategy. This team owns price implementation and the success of every pricing round, working hand-in-hand with franchisees to share recommendations, walk through the rationale and strategy, and deliver guidance operators can understand and stand behind. You will have direct support from pricing leadership to ramp up and kick off franchisee conversations. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
- Support franchisee engagement and change management, helping bring operators along through each pricing round and building the relationships that drive adoption.
- Help translate pricing strategy into clear actions for franchisees, turning the model and rationale into guidance they can execute and stand behind.
- Run the day-to-day of pricing execution: from intake calls with franchisees to understand their current strategy and needs, through deployment of recommendations, to monitoring impact after each round.
- Support price execution across ~3,000 restaurant locations alongside the pricing team.
- Confirm market tests and price changes go live correctly: give cross-functional teams visibility on dates and confirm prices are actually live in-restaurant.
- Manage day-to-day franchisee pricing requests and exceptions, resolving one-off asks while keeping the architecture intact.
- Analyze pricing data to surface insights on pricing trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, feeding informed pricing decisions.
- Track the competitive set: what other players are doing, new promos and LTOs, and price changes.
- Partner with technology and engineering teams to keep the pricing front-end working properly, tag-team on enhancements, and monitor data accuracy and the right processes.
- Support menu pricing rollouts across markets, keeping the execution team, field team, and operators aligned.
- Maintain clear documentation of the pricing model and execution status, accessible to team members and stakeholders.
- Help report on adoption and impact: franchises onboarded, operator adoption, percentage of recommendations taken, and the effect on traffic, revenue, and profitability.
- Monitor macroeconomic and competitive dynamics (competitor promos, LTOs, and price changes) to inform proactive pricing actions.
