Sr Analyst, Marketing Finance
About the role
Taco Bell is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Marketing Analysis team within Finance. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Food Innovation, Operations, and Supply Chain to evaluate business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of product tests and marketing initiatives, independently identifying key business drivers, quantifying financial impacts, and developing actionable recommendations
- Translate complex data into concise, well-supported business recommendations that clearly communicate methodology, assumptions, and business implications
- Evaluate financial and operational impacts of new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
- Serve as the Finance point of view for assigned workstreams, proactively partnering with cross-functional teams and communicating business risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business and proactively investigate underlying drivers
- Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, and tools to improve decision-making and team efficiency
- Monitor and communicate ongoing business performance through recurring reporting and quarterly business reviews, identifying key trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions
Requirements
- BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics)
- 4+ years relevant work experience
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to independently solve ambiguous business problems
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment and partner cross functionally and across organizational levels
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to synthesize data and financial analysis to help shape business decisions
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and SQL a plus

- The ideal candidate is comfortable independently investigating business questions, pressure-testing assumptions, identifying underlying business drivers, and translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

Pay
Salary Range: $98,400 to $115,800 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
