Sr. Analyst, Finance (Marketing)

Responsibilities

Partners with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver P&L recommendations, support quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operating plans, KPI tracking, and enable better decisions through analysis.

Accoutabilities:

• Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages for Marketing leadership and provide insightful analysis on P&L drivers for Brand teams
• Aid in the preparation of the Company’s annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while communicating forward-looking guidance on risk and opportunities to business partners
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Senior Management

Requirements

Own: Brand P&L

Influence: Embedded with Marketing teams; advisor to Finance manager, brand leaders, & associates

Veto: Marketing Finance Manager

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a finance business partner role
• Relationship-building & influencing skills
• Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions/processes
