Sr Analyst, Investor Srvcs HFS

About the role

This role involves working for Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, a global fund administrator, specializing in complex hedge funds and alternative asset investments. The investor services team maintains investor information, processes investor capital activity, conducts AML due diligence, and generates investor reporting on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out
• Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines
• Works effectively as a team member but also independently
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures
• Coincides and identifies breaks / discrepancies with investor team

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
