Responsibilities

  • Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out
  • Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines
  • Works effectively as a team member but also independently
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Covers coordination and identification of breaks / discrepancies with investor team

Qualifications

  • A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Basic functional / industry knowledge is preferred

Benefits

Salary Range: $50,160 - 75,240 USD
Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
