About the role
This position delivers data-driven insights to support international business strategy and partners with business teams to identify opportunities that optimize performance across global products and markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across international products and markets; develop actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and business performance.
- Provide regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualization/reporting tools that deliver actionable insights into international client activity, product usage, transaction flows, and revenue trends by examining client behavior, product penetration, wallet expansion, and cross-product adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand market- and product-specific needs, challenges, and opportunities; translate global strategy into targeted client strategies, pipeline opportunities, and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Support sales and product leadership in advocating for the ideation, development, and commercialization of global and cross-border solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and data teams; support leadership with presentations, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Serve as connective tissue between internal stakeholders, client feedback loops, and market intelligence to shape the evolution of cross-product initiatives and the international solutions roadmap.
- Develop and maintain data models where applicable and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across regions; work with large datasets from multiple enterprise sources.
- Identify opportunities to enhance BI capabilities, tools, and processes; stay current on industry trends in analytics, data visualization, AI, and global markets; mentor junior analysts and support team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, or high school diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in financial services, corporate treasury, consulting, fintech, or global payments.
- Strong hands-on analytics and visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Excel modeling, and similar tools.
- Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to FX, cross-border payments, liquidity, trade finance, treasury management, or international banking.
- CTP, CertICM, CFA, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification.

Pay
- California or New York: $114,000 – $152,000 base pay.
- North Carolina: $95,000 – $126,000 base pay.
Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
