Sr. Analyst, FP&A
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst Associate to support the FP&A team in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. This role will focus on data analysis, report preparation, and supporting business insights across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Participate in, and contribute to, annual budgeting and forecasting of operational and financial activity including, but not limited to occupancy, average rent, home sales, maintenance expenses and utilities
- Support data collection and analysis to assist in evaluating operational and financial performance
- Aid in preparing reporting materials for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to gather and validate data for reporting and analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards
- Support month-end and forecasting processes through data validation and reporting
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be self-directed; able to work independently and as a team player with a high degree of urgency and initiative
- Bachelor’s Degree and strong academic record in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) or certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, etc.) a plus but not required.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Comfort and familiarity with basic finance and accounting theory.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and discipline required. Ability to demonstrate strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work with numbers, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights. Ability to break down complex problems and recommend data-driven solutions. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; team-oriented.
- Familiarity with NetSuite preferred

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
