Sr. Analyst, Compliance, Supplier Performance Management

About the role

Target is one of the world’s most recognized brands and the second-largest retailer in the United States. This role is within Merchandising Capabilities, focusing on Business Partner Experience and Supplier Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Aid in rolling out the new Business Partner Operations Excellence program to the enterprise, including improvements to training, requirements, and compliance processes.
• Function as an enterprise consultant for internal teams collecting compliance fines from business partners.
• Gather and analyze external benchmarking data and internal compliance income data.
• Document and drive prioritization of technical needs for internal and external users to enhance the Business Partner Experience.
• Analyze operational compliance fines and fees to understand the aggregate impact on Business Partners and recommend changes over time based on internal impact and external benchmarking.

Requirements

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience, preferably in supply chain, business management, or communications.
• Two or more years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, business partner compliance, merchandising, or a related industry.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex processes or problems succinctly.
• Ability to create and drive new processes through strong internal partnerships.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data using Excel and/or similar programs.
• Able to flex schedule to assist partners across international time zones as needed.

Skills

• Experience with compliance and business partner management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00, based on various factors including labor markets and individual qualifications.

This role operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day, requiring core role performance both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually, depending on the day's needs.
