Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and lead in the implementation of solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility.
- Lead the development of functional business requirements and articulate system functionality and features.
- Translate the needs of business into functional requirements
- Perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy
- Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
- Develop strategies for Organizational Change management, training and communication: Lead efforts to understand impact of process and system changes on users; implement strategies for minimizing organizational disruption, streamlining
