This role partners with stakeholders to translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches, delivering recurring reporting, executive business reviews, and enterprise dashboards that guide strategic decisions.

About the role

The Advanced Analytics team focuses on turning data into action — identifying implications, communicating the story behind the numbers, and providing clear recommendations that help teams and leaders make better decisions with confidence. The successful candidate will independently translate business requirements into analytical solutions, supporting a combination of ad hoc analytics, recurring reporting, and dashboard stewardship as a self-starter who delivers high-quality analytical products with minimal supervision.

  • Communicate the “so what” behind the data, including implications for business strategy, performance, and customer behavior.
  • Build recurring insight views, reports, or dashboards where needed, while ensuring outputs are tied to business decisions.
  • Tailor communication to different audiences, from working teams to senior leaders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous business questions, define analytical objectives, and identify the decisions the analysis is intended to support.
  • Analyze customer, commercial, marketing, product, dealer, or operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop clear recommendations and practical next steps based on analytical findings.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer, marketing, product, retail, dealer, ecommerce, or commercial analytics.
  • Experience developing executive-ready insights, business reviews, or strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience in Azure, AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
  • Ability to write Python code for analytics (a plus).

Schedule

Milwaukee-area based or willing to relocate. Hybrid work environment with an expected in-office presence of four days per week.

Pay

Pay range: $88,300 – $136,800 (national average; actual pay may vary by geographic location and level of experience).

Benefits

  • Annual bonus programs
  • Health insurance benefits
  • 401(k) program
  • Onsite fitness centers and employee stores
  • Employee discounts on products and accessories

Direct reports: No. Travel required: 0–10%. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer, or relocation assistance. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
