Key Responsibilities
- Drive Adoption and Engagement
- Build and run a multi-channel adoption program
- Design gamification mechanics
- Identify and develop "AI champions"
- Translate wins into stories
- Own the configuration of our enterprise AI platforms
- Integrate own the configuration of our enterprise AI platforms
- Configure and integrate own the configuration of our enterprise AI platforms
- Support, Operate, and Break/Fix
- Manage vendor relationships
- Enable Non-Developers
- Build role-specific learning paths
- Run guided, hands-on workshops
- Partner and Scale
- Work with Legal, Privacy, and HR on policy, training, and regional rollout
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical role that touched both platform/admin operations and internal stakeholders
- Hands-on experience configuring at least one enterprise AI platform
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure concepts, identity, and basic scripting
- Demonstrated ability to design and run an internal program
- Data fluency: build a dashboard, interpret a funnel, and tell the difference between a usage spike and a usage outcome
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment patterns
- Experience in change management, learning & development, or developer relations
- Experience designing gamification or community programs
- Experience with AI governance frameworks
- Experience operating across geographies
