Sr. AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

AgenticBricks is placing a senior-level AI engineer with one of our most impactful clients. This isn't a prototype role. You'll be building and shipping real solutions alongside a world-class team at a prominent organization focused on technology-driven social impact, operating at a global scale across health, development, and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build intelligent automation systems using LLM-based frameworks, including multi-step reasoning, tool orchestration, and autonomous workflows
• Develop and deploy cloud-native AI solutions using Python and Microsoft Azure
• Connect AI capabilities to enterprise platforms through APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Take ownership from requirements to production — including testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with client engineers, program leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that hold up in the real world
• Help establish reusable patterns, shared components, and engineering standards for AI development
• Bring awareness of the latest AI developments and apply them where they add genuine value

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills and deep familiarity with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI services on cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• A proven history of deploying and supporting AI/ML systems in production
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows
• Experience with prompt design, model evaluation, and observability practices
• Sound understanding of data privacy and security in AI contexts
• Ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and deliver in an agile environment

Nice to have

• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with vector databases or knowledge graph systems
• Background supporting technology initiatives in complex, mission-driven or globally-focused organizations
