Sr. AI Engineer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in AI/ML-focused roles
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience developing, training, and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and other deep learning techniques
• Ability to analyze large datasets, optimize algorithms, and improve model performance
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Strong desire to understand our product, target market, and direction of the company's growth
• Willingness to be part of the growth of the organization
• Experience in applying AI/ML to cybersecurity, threat detection, or compliance automation
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating AI models into production SaaS environments
• Background in data privacy and security considerations for AI development
