Sr. Agentforce/Salesforce Lead Developer

About the Role

We are looking for resources with hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, testing, and optimizing Salesforce AgentForce agents, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems, and driving production AI implementations in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support AI agents using AgentForce.
• Integrate AgentForce with Salesforce platforms and enterprise applications.
• Drive agent training, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner directly with business and technology stakeholders to deliver AI-led solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform experience in addition to AgentForce expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AgentForce, including Agent Configuration, Prompt Builder, Agent Topics, Agent Actions, Agent Testing, and Knowledge Grounding.
• Proficiency in AI concepts, including LLM concepts, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI evaluation and testing, and Hallucination detection and mitigation.

Pay

Salary range: $63,000 to $134,500
