Sr. Advanced Pract. Nurse/Clinician

About the role

Community Healthcare Network, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens, is seeking a Sr. Advanced Practitioner Nurse/Clinician for our Mobile Units. Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center
• Supervise other clinicians at that Center
• Team with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center
• Review and interpret medical history data and continually update this information as necessary
• Work with Human Resources to periodically review the EHS policies & procedures
• Oversee the complete and appropriate medical examination on all employees as outlined in the agency's EHS

Requirements

• Valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care
• At least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting
