Sr. Adobe Target Technical Lead

About the role

The Lead Adobe Target Developer is the senior technical lead for DLG’s experimentation and personalization work with Adobe Target as the primary area of expertise. This role designs, builds, tests and supports Target-driven A/B tests, personalization experiences and front-end implementations. The role also sets standards for quality, governance, reusable patterns and reliable delivery. Familiarity and/or experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products such as AEP, AJO, AEM and Adobe Analytics is preferred. This role combines hands-on Adobe Target development, front-end engineering, technical leadership and delivery ownership. The Lead Adobe Target Developer partners with product, business, analytics, design, AEM, MarTech and development teams to turn experimentation goals into scalable, measurable implementations. The role supports faster test delivery, stronger QA, consistent coding standards, team mentoring and improved personalization outcomes.
