Sr. Adobe Target Developer

Job Summary (Sr. Adobe Target Developer) Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining personalization and digital experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) solutions across web and mobile applications. Acts as a liaison between data analytics, frontend development, and marketing strategy teams. Utilizes Adobe Target Delivery, Admin, Profile, and Recommendations APIs for building non-browser or server-side personalization (e.g., mobile apps, IoT screens). Manages data collection using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Launch, or Data Collection SDKs. Requires 5-8+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in modern client-side JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experienced in Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring compatibility with Adobe Target code. Possesses expert-level knowledge of Target Web SDK (at.js) and Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure personalization and experimentation initiatives align with business goals.
